Skin on, boneless chicken thighs, slightly frozen

Green onions

Lemon

Cumin powder

Coriander powder

Onion powder

White pepper powder

Black pepper powder

Smoked paprika

Fried shallots/onions

Bamboo skewers ( soaked in water )
Directions
Cut the chicken thighs in 2 inches size chunks.
Skewers some of these pieces as shown per skewer. Sprinkle some sea salt, paprika and some chilli flakes.
Prepare different combinations of spice powder sprinkled over the chicken as shown in the video. You be creative by experimenting with different spice combination on the skewers.
Chop the green onions in bits and put them in a bowl. Add a couple of spoons of sesame seed oil and some salt to taste.
Cooking
Place the skewers on the grill at a medium heat and keep turning them constantly, cook them slow as this keeps the chicken moist.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the chicken as it is cooking over the grills. Will take about 3 to 4 minutes to do.
