Ingredients

Salmon tails or salmon fillets

Parsley
-
shallots
-
Seasoned breadcrumbs or panko

Sweet honey

Half lemon

Wasabi paste or fav horseradish

Directions
Filet your salmon separating the meat from the skins.
Chop all the salmon up into a ground beef type consistency.
In a bowl combine and mix together the salmon and all other ingredients.
Make some patties out of the mixture.
Heat a skillet to a medium heat, butter it and place the patties on.
When they get a nice crust on both sides remove from skillet and and cook over direct heat. Throw the buns on at the same time to toast them up.
When cooked build your salmon burgers how you like.
