HOW TO SMOKE ST LOUIS SPARE RIBS 101

THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
RUB
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
SAUCE
- 4 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar<
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
PREPARATION:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCEPAN OVER A LOW HEAT. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. SAUCE SHOULD BE THIN, BUT NOT WATERY.
