- 14 Chicken thighs
- 1 Tablespoon Cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 Sticks of butter
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1 Tablespoon of Sesame oil

Our SPG seasoning ( or use you favorite seasoning )
Directions
- Combine the canned cream corn with the butter in a saucepan
- Add in the sugar, salt, cracked black pepper and the finely diced jalapenos
- Season with SPG (or use your favorite seasoning)
- Heat the mix up for around ten minutes to combine the flavors and set aside to allow the mix to cool so it can be brushed on the chicken as is cooks on the grill.
- Add the sesame oil to the chicken thighs and lightly coat in SPG seasoning
- Place on the grill over medium/ hot direct heat, basting and turning as required until cooked at a minimum internal temperature of 165 Deg f ( 74 Deg. C )
- Serve with a dusting of crushed corn chips
