- 4lb Ground Beef
- Hot sauce, we used our Habanero Chipotle sauce
- 1 x Onion
- Paprika
- Tomato
- Pepper Jack cheese

Seasoning, we used our SPG
- Hot chili pepper such as habanero
- Green poblano pepper
- Italian green pepper
Directions
- Finely chop up about 1/2 an onion with the Poblano and Italian peppers, add the SPG seasoning, at least add salt and pepper to season if you don’t have SPG, add the hot sauce
- Mix well and form into burger patties and cook until reaching an internal temp of 145f / 63C
- Top with the pepperjack cheese and serve on a toasted bun with your favorite toppings, we used sliced sweet vidalia onion and tomato with mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
