1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tbsp. Paprika

1 tbsp. SPG or equivalent

2 tbsp Butter
Directions
Pre-heat cast iron pan to about 450 F.
Season Chicken parts both sides.
Add Chicken to preheated and buttered Cast Iron pan, skin side down.
Return to 425-450 F oven or covered grill. About 1/2 way through cook, flip chicken pieces to cook the other side.
Remove from pan when chicken internal temp is 165 F.
