- Orange juice -- 2 Tablespoon (to spray, as needed)
FOR MARINADE
- Orange juice -- 1 Cup (16 tbs)
- Lemon juice -- 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
- Water -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
- Salt -- 2 Tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes -- 2 Tablespoon
- Lime juiced -- 1
FOR RUB
- Coarse salt -- 4 Tablespoon
- Garlic powder -- 2 Tablespoon
- Onion powder -- 1 Tablespoon
- Paprika -- 2 Tablespoon
- Dried thyme -- 1 Tablespoon
- Dried oregano -- 1 Tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper -- 1 Tablespoon
- Ground black peppercorn -- 1 Tablespoon
FOR PEPPER BOURBON SAUCE
- Bourbon -- 1 Cup (16 tbs)
- Brown sugar -- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
- Salt -- 2 Teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes -- 1⁄2 Teaspoon
- Tobasco -- 2 Teaspoon (1-2)
- Butter -- 2 Tablespoon
